Bankside Chambers Members Invited to Judge Law Students in interviewing competitions
Auckland University Law Students Society interviewing competitions recently began. Pairs of second year students interviewed a farmer whose prized wool producing sheep had been located at a neighbouring farm. Issues of contract, intellectual property, employment and trespass were raised. Members of Bankside Chambers were invited to judge competitors’ performance to carefully designed criteria. They found there were some great skills demonstrated despite the inexperience of the participants. They congratulate Russell McVeagh for sponsoring the event.
