Computer E-Commerce and Internet This area of practice includes dispute resolution and litigation of computer development and supply contracts (hardware and software) in Court and in arbitration or mediation, particularly contracts involving the supply of 'bespoke' systems to commercial concerns. Members have acted on issues involving some of New Zealand's largest contracts of this type. These are often resolved without litigation. |
