This is a great opportunity to join a busy and interesting IP barrister's practice located in Bankside Chambers.I am looking for a barrister/solicitor with 3-7 PQE with experience in intellectual property.The practice is fast paced and varied with challenging work covering every aspect of intellectual property. The work involves advisory work and court work in the High Court, Court of Appeal and IPONZ tribunals and fascinating issues of intellectual property, commercial law and evidence.The position will suit an applicant with a strong academic record and excellent research skills. You will need to:

• A technical degree in a science subject would be an advantage but not a requirement.
