At the recent AMINZ Annual conference held on 1 and 2 August Damian Chesterman was awarded a fellowship in Arbitration (FAMINZ Arb) following a rigorous written and practical examination process in 2018. The fellowship is AMINZ highest credential and is recognized internationally. The process included running an arbitration as arbitrator over one day in the presence of AMINZ observers, then submitting a written award which was assessed by AMINZ.
