Mark Kelly and Maria Dew QC named as part of the new Sport and Recreation Complaints and Mediation Service (SRCMS)

Maria Dew QC and Mark Kelly of Bankside Chambers, are part of a newly established panel of experts with Immediation New Zealand.

The team of experts are part of Immediation’s panel, which include leading sports law and dispute resolution lawyers, including Maria Dew QC, Stephen Cottrell, Mark Kelly, David Clark and Nina Khouri.

Immediation New Zealand Chairman and sports barrister Michael Heron, QC has welcomed the establishment of the new service. The provision of the SRCMS was one of 22 recommendations outlined in the Sport NZ 2019 Sport Integrity Review.
