Members of Bankside Chambers feature in the Chambers and Partners Asia and Pacific 2019 rankings for the New Zealand Bar released last week.  Tom Weston QC is ranked as a Band 1 silk, Andrew Brown QC as a Band 2 silk, and Christine Meechan QC and Derek Nolan QC as Band 3 silks.  All are identified as leaders in their respective fields.

For the first time, Chambers and Partners have ranked juniors (barristers other than silks) at the Bar in New Zealand.  Simon Foote of Bankside is one of five New Zealand juniors listed as as a Band 1 junior, and is noted for his particular expertise in construction and engineering and shareholder disputes.
