Bio
Rita is employed by Bridgette White and William Potter.
Rita graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Te Herenga Waka | Victoria University of Wellington in 2022. She received the Chapman Tripp Prize as the top graduating student across the LLB and LLB(Hons).
Prior to joining Bankside Chambers, Rita was a Judge’s Clerk at Te Kōti Matua o Aotearoa | The High Court of New Zealand in Wellington, where she clerked for Justices Ellis and Grau. She was admitted to the Bar in December 2023.
